Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Live, Love, Stay Lit is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
